硬脂酸鈣廣泛應用(yòng)于PVC, 主要原材料由動物(wù)油脂及棕榈油以及鈣粉構成。廣泛應用(yòng)于聚氯乙烯硬質(zhì)制品中(zhōng)作(zuò)熱穩定劑，與鹽基性鉛鹽和鉛皂配合，可(kě)提高凝膠化速度。
可(kě)用(yòng)于聚氯乙烯的穩定劑兼潤滑劑，用(yòng)于無毒的軟質(zhì)薄膜如食品包裝(zhuāng)袋、醫(yī)療器具(jù)等。也可(kě)用(yòng)作(zuò)油漆的平光劑、潤滑脂的增厚劑等。
Calcium stearate is the most widely used in rigid PVC. It is the reacted product of an organic acid derived from tallow or palm oil and calcium. Calcium stearate is used in combination with zinc stearate in non toxic stabilizers. It can be used as stabilizer and lubricant for PVC, and is can be used in non toxic soft films, such as food packing bags, medical appliances, etc..Can also be used as flatting agent, grease paint thickening agent etc.. -
