高熔體(tǐ)強度加工(gōng)助劑 High Melt Strength Processing Aid

高熔體(tǐ)強度型加工(gōng)助劑主要有(yǒu)兩種：1-丙烯酸酯類共聚物(wù)，2-苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物(wù)
這種加工(gōng)助劑在具(jù)有(yǒu)高熔體(tǐ)強度的同時兼具(jù)快速塑化能(néng)力，非常适合高填充配方，減量代替傳統的低粘度加工(gōng)助劑，又(yòu)因為(wèi)其高粘度可(kě)用(yòng)于PVC微發泡制品。
High melt strength processing aid is mainly divided into two kinds:
1-Acrylic copolymer,; 2- Styrene- acrylonitrile copolymer
These kinds of processing aid with high melt strength simultaneously with fast fusion, it is suitable used in high filler formula and replace conventional processing aid with lower using level. It can also be used in PVC micro foam application, such as thin foam sheet and PVC foam shoes.
