　　9月20日，“複旦大學(xué)高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)系成立暨蔣明院士60周年暨高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)系成立25周年”活動舉行。報告将回顧和總結高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)60年的發展曆程，展望和探讨建設世界一流高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)的願景，學(xué)習老一輩高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)家的愛國(guó)奮鬥精(jīng)神和嚴謹鑽研精(jīng)神。江明，鼓勵高分(fēn)子學(xué)科(kē)的年輕一代勇于擔當。開拓創新(xīn)。中(zhōng)國(guó)科(kē)學(xué)院院士、複旦大學(xué)校長(cháng)助理(lǐ)、研究生院院長(cháng)張仁和等來自國(guó)内外高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)專家、兄弟(dì)院校代表、師生代表300餘人高分(fēn)子科(kē)學(xué)系等300餘人參加了會議。

多(duō)元醇脂肪酸脂 G60 Fatty Ester G60

G60為(wèi)多(duō)元醇脂肪酸脂，分(fēn)别用(yòng)作(zuò)PVC加工(gōng)的内外潤滑劑，具(jù)有(yǒu)良好的透明性和分(fēn)散性，特别适用(yòng)于透明制品和發泡制品。
G60 lubricant is multi alcoholization fatty acid ester，it is white or slight yellow flakes.With good transparency and dispersity and very suitable for transparent product and foam product.

硬脂酸 Stearic Acid

硬脂酸，也叫作(zuò)十八酸，主要是在衍生于動物(wù)肉制品的副産(chǎn)品以及植物(wù)油棕榈油。普通意義上講的硬脂酸是十八酸和棕榈酸的混合物(wù)。
Stearic acid, also called Octadecanoic Acid, it was often derived from the natural animal by products and fats that were obtained during the processing of meats It can also be obtained from the hydrogenation of vegetable oils. Common stearic acid is actually a mix of stearic acid and palmitic acid.

硬脂酸鈣 Calcium Stearate

硬脂酸鈣廣泛應用(yòng)于PVC, 主要原材料由動物(wù)油脂及棕榈油以及鈣粉構成。廣泛應用(yòng)于聚氯乙烯硬質(zhì)制品中(zhōng)作(zuò)熱穩定劑，與鹽基性鉛鹽和鉛皂配合，可(kě)提高凝膠化速度。
可(kě)用(yòng)于聚氯乙烯的穩定劑兼潤滑劑，用(yòng)于無毒的軟質(zhì)薄膜如食品包裝(zhuāng)袋、醫(yī)療器具(jù)等。也可(kě)用(yòng)作(zuò)油漆的平光劑、潤滑脂的增厚劑等。
Calcium stearate is the most widely used in rigid PVC. It is the reacted product of an organic acid derived from tallow or palm oil and calcium. Calcium stearate is used in combination with zinc stearate in non toxic stabilizers. It can be used as stabilizer and lubricant for PVC, and is can be used in non toxic soft films, such as food packing bags, medical appliances, etc..Can also be used as flatting agent, grease paint thickening agent etc..

氧化聚乙烯蠟 OPE Wax

氧化聚乙烯蠟是一種高熔點潤滑劑，複雜的氧化工(gōng)藝使得OPE是具(jù)有(yǒu)羟基和羧基，使得與PVC具(jù)有(yǒu)相容性，未氧化部分(fēn)聚乙烯以為(wèi)極性弱遷移到表面提供金屬剝離性。
High density Oxidized PolythEylene wax（OPE）is a high temperature lubricant，Macro molecule oxy polymer and contains a amount of hydroxyl and carboxyl which make it improve compatibility with PVC.It is a functional processing aids with excellent performance compatibility and promote fusion as well as metal release.

抗沖ACR Acrylic Impact Modifier(AIM)

丙烯酸酯類系列抗沖改性劑是一種具(jù)有(yǒu)典型的核-殼結構的高分(fēn)子聚合物(wù)，其核為(wèi)玻璃化溫度較低的具(jù)有(yǒu)輕度交聯的丙烯酸酯類共聚物(wù)，其殼為(wèi)與PVC具(jù)有(yǒu)良好相容性的甲基丙烯酸酯類共聚物(wù)。
Acrylic Impact Modifier（AIM）is a copolymer with the structure of core shell，the core can effectively transfer the external impact energy into heat and the shell has the good compatibility with PVC matrix，therefore it shows excellent impact-strength，weather resistance and color durability under long-period exposure to outdoor conditions.

ACM 抗沖改性劑 ACM Impact Modifier

ACM低溫增韌劑是一種特殊結構的互穿網絡聚合物(wù)，是由CPE和具(jù)有(yǒu)核殼結構的輕度交聯的丙烯酸酯形成的互穿網絡聚合物(wù)。ACM具(jù)有(yǒu)更為(wèi)均衡的沖擊強度與韌性，适合于比較寒冷地區(qū)的使用(yòng),其耐候性比CPE/MBS更好。
Acrylate CPE Modifier (ACM) is an unique impact modifier which is an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN ) with the structure of CPE grafted Polyacrylate . It has balance impact strength and toughness which endow it better performance than other general type impact modifiers like CPE and MBS.

CPE 抗沖改性劑 CPE Impact Modifier

CPE作(zuò)為(wèi)一種優良的、有(yǒu)着高性價比的抗沖改性劑，被廣泛地應用(yòng)于硬質(zhì)塑料型材、管材、管件、闆材等多(duō)種硬質(zhì)塑料制品以及房屋外牆披疊闆、建築防腐、防潮薄壁闆的生産(chǎn)。CPE能(néng)夠促進PVC塑化，改善加工(gōng)性能(néng)，并能(néng)大大提高制品的抗沖擊強度，明顯改善其耐低溫及耐候等性能(néng)。
Chlorinated PolyEthylene (CPE) is produced by combining chlorine and polyethylene in a process which is saturated. Linear high molecular structure enables CPE with superior physical and chemical performances.CPE has been widely used in plastics and rubber applications.

MBS抗沖改性劑 MBS Impact Modifier

MBS抗沖改性劑是一種能(néng)提供優異的低溫沖擊強度的具(jù)有(yǒu)典型的核-殼結構的高分(fēn)子聚合物(wù)，其核為(wèi)丁苯橡膠共聚物(wù), 因為(wèi)雙鍵的存在，MBS不能(néng)用(yòng)于戶外制品。MBS通用(yòng)于PVC透明和非透明制品。
Methyl Methacrylate Butadiene Styrene polymer (MBS) impact modifiers, provide superb cold temperature impacts for extrusion, injection molding and calendering. Due to its composition, MBS impact modifier is used in non-weatherable applications. Both PVC clear and opaque versions of MBS impact modifiers are available.




